After submitting a super-resolution (SR) purchase request, the processing time generally ranges from 1 hour to 7 days. The purchased satellite imagery will be delivered to the user once the image processing is complete.

If the super-resolution (SR) processed images cannot be processed and delivered, an automatic refund will be issued.

If the satellite imagery has not been delivered properly within one week of the purchase, please contact us for further assistance
