Payment Receipt Request

To ensure the protection of personal information and secure transactions, payments are processed through the payment service provider STEP Pay. Payment receipts and billing statements for all transactions, including purchased reports and memberships, will be sent via email
I did not receive the payment receipt email - what should I do?
Check your spam folder.
For Gmail Users :
1.
Go to Gmail.com and log into your account.
2.
Click the gear icon at the top right corner and select 'See all settings.'
3.
Navigate to the 'Filters and Blocked Addresses' tab.
4.
Under the 'Safe Senders' section, click 'Create a new filter.'
5.
Enter no-reply@steppay.kr in the 'From' field.
6.
Click 'Create Filter' and ensure 'Never send it to Spam' is checked.
7.
Finally, click 'Create filter' again and try sending the email once more.
For Naver Mail users, please follow [How to Allow New Sender] and add no-reply@steppay.kr to your list of verified connections under [Settings] > [Spam Settings] > [Allow/Block]. Once complete, try re-submitting your registration.
