"Super-resolution (SR) satellite imagery purchase requests are processed immediately after purchase according to the outlined procedure. Processing your refund request may take between 1 hour and 7 days.
As of June 2025, EP MAP is offering a free trial of the super-resolution service for up to 500km².
Conditions under which a refund request may be approved

Cases where the provided satellite imagery contains technical errors or issues
•
In the event that the satellite imagery has not been delivered.
※ If a request for super-resolution (SR) is made for two or more satellite images, an automatic partial refund will be issued only for the images that could not be processed.
