① Archive Imagery
Archive imagery is digital content that can be downloaded immediately after purchase. Therefore, cancellations and refunds are generally not available once the purchase is complete.

② Tasking Imagery Purchased Directly on EarthPaper Map
You can check the order status in Data Library and submit a cancellation/refund request.

Cancellation / Refund Request — Available when the order status is Order Received or Order Accepted.

Data Library > Select the order > Acquisition Status > Click ‘Cancel’ to submit a request.

Or go to Cancel/Refund Inquiry > Select an eligible Order ID to submit a request.

Non-cancellable — Orders in any other status are considered to have already entered the acquisition process and cannot be canceled or refunded.
