After placing a satellite imagery purchase request, delivery typically takes between 1 hour and 7 days, depending on the processing time of our partner companies and final suppliers.

If the final supplier is unable to deliver the requested satellite imagery, a refund will be issued automatically.

If the satellite imagery has not been delivered properly within one week of the purchase, please contact us for further assistance
